Harold’s dedication to public service is proven by a lifetime of service to our community. His hands-on approach and innovation marked his time as Mayor of Palmetto and will continue as St. Landry Parish Councilman. His dedication to “serving others” will help our parish take advantage of opportunities to improve our communities.
